Carry each other's burdens, and this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. (Gal 6:2) 

Life Restoration Centre conducts a support group for people experiencing difficulties: depression, grief, loss, relationship difficulties, isolation and other similar issues.

The group, of about 6 to 10 participants, is facilitated by an experienced professional counsellor and is suitable for a practicing Christian, although there is no formal teaching or preaching in the group. Advice giving is discouraged, instead participants are encouraged to listen and have empathy. Participants have a confidentiality agreement. The day includes a tea break and concludes with a shared meal.

Interested individuals need to attend an interview to assess their suitability and also to find out more about the program. New members join in the first two weeks of a term. Members wanting to discontinue, do so at the end of a term.

Venue:  Servants of Jesus Centre, 15 Park Rd, Seven Hills
When: Thursdays 10 am to 2 pm
Cost: $30 for a term of 8 sessions

Term 1: 4th February - 25th March
Term 2: 29th April - 17th June
Term 3: 29th July - 16th September
Term 4: 21st October - 9th December
