Dear brothers and sisters

What I want to share with you, in this short message, is what I have already shared with you over the last few weeks. It’s important that we seize each moment God gives us daily. It may not be as we expect but, if we keep our focus on God, it can be an opportunity for wonderful victory.

James 1:2-4 says “Consider it pure joy when you face trials of various kinds because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”

When trials come our way, God wants us to yield to Him. Sometimes He also wants us to enter into spiritual warfare, Ephesians 6:10-18.

It’s important we continue, on every occasion, to praise and thank God for the many blessings He has given us.

Your brother in Christ

SERVANTS COMMUNITY CARE
During our current lockdown it's good to know that we have been able to continue helping those in need through our Community Care Refugee and Hope Outreach programs.

Simon Black shares on recent events:

"Servants Community Care was on ABC Radio last Monday regarding the difficult situation for refugees through this lockdown. One of our amazing volunteers (Durga Owens) was interviewed and made comment. You can listen to what was on the radio by clicking here (goes for 3 mins)

Paula and I, and Anthony and Durga just had a Zoom meeting to discuss how we can continue to get food to these families. Will probably involve contactless delivery to their homes!

Good to know that Servants Community Care is meeting real needs of people (through Jesus)."

Regards,      Simon
